The Jamats main room is at the very heart of Jamats. Each week is themed to take on a wide variety of current events and fun topics. The morning group take on arts, crafts and a variety of sensory activities.

 

In the afternoon the room transforms into a social hub for those who might prefer something slightly different to the fantastic activities on offer in our gym area.
